1. INTRODUCTION TO THE VEHICLE

  • Starting the vehicle:  Turn the key to the right to turn on the power. Turn the key backward to turn it off.
  • Adjust to the most comfortable position, both feet touch the ground. Right-hand inserts the key into the power switch, then turns to the right clockwise to turn on the power. When the Power light is on, the power is working.
  • Check brakes. 
  • The left foot touches the ground, the right foot rests on the pedal, and the right hand simultaneously adjusts the throttle slowly (Counter-clockwise).

2. DRIVING PROCEDURES

  • When starting the vehicle, adjust the throttle slowly. Do not turn the throttle all the way to avoid damaging electrical components.

  • To prolong the life of the battery and electrical components, it is recommended to use the extra pedal to assist the vehicle when starting and going uphill.

  • Please do not exceed the manufacturer's load.

  • Use signal lights, warning signs to ensure safety when participating in traffic.

  • When stopping the vehicle, turn off the e-bike's power source to avoid unintended accidents.

  • Lock the vehicle to ensure your vehicle's safety.

3. HOW TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE

  • Recharge when the indicator light decreases to the left-hand side.

  • Turn off the vehicle's power switch, plug the charger into the battery box then pin the power plug to the 220V power source.

  • When the charging lights light up RED, start charging.

  • When the battery is empty, the charging time will be around 6-8 hours. After charging is completed, the display lights will turn to GREEN – RED, the power is fully charged.

  • If the signal light does not turn green after the normal charging time (6-8 hours), customers must unplug the power plug from the power source, bring the vehicle and the charging box to the warranty service for appropriate maintenance. If the charging time is exceeded, it may cause the battery to swell. The company will not be responsible for the warranty in such cases.

NOTES WHEN CHARGING:

          - Only use the charging case that comes with the vehicle.

          - While charging, place the charging parts in a safe place, out of the reach of children.

          - The charging case should be stored in a cool, dry place.

       - While charging, if you notice that the charger is getting hot or has a strange smell, stop charging immediately and send the charger to a service agent.

          - Do not allow water or any other liquid solution to penetrate into the charging unit.
