To ensure your rights and safety, please take a moment and read the contents of the Warranty Book & User Manual to know all the necessary information on how to use the vehicle and the warranty of your vehicle. 

Currently, Hiep Tan Hitasa's products are present in most provinces and cities across the country. For products that is needing to be warrantied, please bring your original proof of purchase to these locations:

Provinces' Locations: Please go directly to the store or agent where you bought the product.

Ho Chi Minh City's Locations: Customers can come to the company's flagship store:

WARRANTY POLICY

1. LIST OF COMPONENTS AND WARRANTY PERIOD

This warranty only covers products due to technical defects and spare parts during the warranty period. These products must still have warranty stamps and have no signs of scraping, repairing, or erasing.

• 24 months warranty: Frames.

• 12 months warranty: Fork, motor, controller, charging box, throttle, center shaft, dry battery.

2. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear: chains, brake pads (front and rear), tires, inner tubes, brake lines, plastic jackets.

• Damage due to natural disaster, fire, unstable power supply, or improper transportation.

• Changes on the warranty card. Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.

• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, or abuse.

• Damage caused by flooded. 

• Swollen battery.

3. ATTENTIONS:

• Please read carefully the user manual and understand the regulations on repair, maintenance, and warranty. Please keep the warranty book during the product's warranty period.

• Please fully charge the battery before use.

• Please check both the external appearance, as well as the normal operation of parts, spare parts on the vehicle at the store or when receiving the bike, according to the checklist on the Warranty Book.

• Please do not change components manufactured by the company.

• Please avoid using the vehicle in places with heavy rain or flooding. Do not use the high-pressure water hose to spray directly on the bike. Do not let water flood half the wheel of the vehicle.

• Customers have the right to ask sales staff for specific instructions on how to use, maintain and store the vehicle properly and appropriately. As well as request to provide Warranty Book and User Manual of qualified products before receiving and operating the vehicle.
